Had a vision about making a shepherds pie. I made it come true. Not the typical shepherds pie however. Filling was made of turkey, zucchini, carrots, kale, mushrooms and lentils. Topping was made with sweet potato cauliflower mash. A little savoury, a little sweet. It’s an experiment for sure.
