Spin Dessert Cafe is going bananas this September with a feature menu showcasing their banana cream pie ice cream – banana and cream swirled with graham crumble.
This night I decided to partake in the banana cupcake.
It was layer upon layer of banana flavour, which can become overwhelming at times, but this wasn’t. I love Spin ice cream for its creaminess and the graham crumble made for great texture and crunch. And that banana cupcake….so soft and moist and light with banana icing that wasn’t all sugar.
It was a sweet treat. =)
