Sourdough “Stan” Crackers

Another way to use Stan…crackers!

This dough ball is made up of Stan, butter, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt.

Between 2 sheets of parchment, the dough is rolled thinly.

Once satisfied with its thinness, the dough is cut.

We baked them for about 15 minutes until crisp. And no, that’s not coarse salt, it’s sugar…used by accident but somehow it worked in this recipe. Sometimes, accidents are ok =)
