No Clue Creamsicle Cheesecake

The goal was to try to re-create the Creamsicle cheesecake from Restaurantacular. No real idea about how to make it so I made it up as I went along.

Here’s the basic graham cracker crust.

Mixing up the cheesecake batter. Cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and a little orange juice.

I separated some of the batter and added frozen orange juice concentrate. The plain batter was layered on top of the graham crust. The orange batter was added on top of that. I then sprinkled some more of the orange concentrate on top trying to make a bit of a swirl.

About an hour later, it was ready.

I love the orange top layer. Just the right amount if orange flavour. It was super smooth and super creamy. I think it was a good replica. =)
