My name is Joh, I am from Toronto and this is my baking blog. I started this blog in 2011 when I was trying to “find myself”. It was a means to allow me to write and chronicle about my journey into the world of baking arts.
A couple of years have gone by and I am still finding myself but I am more focused and believe I am on the path I was meant to be on.
I still love baking and I am still taking classes to learn all that I can to make me a better baking artist/pastry chef. It is indeed my passion and I am pursuing it with full commitment.
Please continue to follow me on my adventure and watch me take my next steps. Let’s see what the next year brings for me.
